Google API Disclosure
Drone Dynamics (“we”, “us”) operates the website www.dronedynamics.com.
Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What Google user data we access
Our site’s integrated business-assistant software connects to the site operator’s own Google Account via Google OAuth. We request access to the following, strictly to support the operator’s business activities:
- Gmail (read, send, modify) — to manage business correspondence on the operator’s instructions
- Google Calendar — to view and maintain the operator’s business schedule
- Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets — to store and organize the operator’s business documents
- Google Contacts — to look up contact details when preparing correspondence
How we use it
Google user data is used only to provide the features described above, on the operator’s instructions. It is never used for advertising, for building user profiles, or to train machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models. It is never sold, rented, shared with, or transferred to any third party, except as required by law. Humans do not read this data except with the operator’s explicit consent, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.
Storage and revocation
OAuth credentials are stored encrypted on infrastructure controlled by the operator. Google user data is used transiently to complete a requested task and is not retained afterward. The operator can revoke access at any time via Google Account security settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions), which immediately terminates all data access.
